Surfing for replacement shopping cart code eventually brought me to ecompal.com. This appeared to be a knowledgable and friendly place, and when Nick told me that he was 99% sure he could solve my problems, I heaved a sigh of relief !

Nick was my best friend with email correspondence until the code and connections were right. We were re-publishing newly-carted pages in just a few days, and we're coming out ahead because the new cart is better than the old one! After we finish replacing the code on our hundreds of pages, the plan is to consider incorporating more of the shopping cart features.

Just the other day, I received an email notification from EcomPal that a shopper had incomplete and abandoned my shopping cart. I was able to immediately contact the shopper, because all the info I needed to place the call was sent to me, by your service called Abandoned Shopping Cart. Along with the description of the items to order. With my phone call to her, I was able to complete the order, I send it to her.

Not only I have this customer as a regular shopper, but all her family and friends are placing order on my website. The money you were able to save me, and bring some more, is music to my ear.

I've been using eCOMpal for about a year. It was easy to set up and the flexibility has allowed me to give my customers what they want. I use a number of the optional features and feel they are an exceptional value.

eCOMpal has made my life easier because it automatically transfer my Internet orders directly into my QuickBook's customer database and creates an invoice for my customers.  It also downloads directly into UPS WorldShip so I can get my orders processed in record time.

I joined the on-line market place for the first time last April.  I looked at many shopping cart services before selecting yours.  After using your cart services for 6 months, I thought I would pause for a minute and say thanks for making the cart service available at a very reasonable cost, and for your assistance and support.  You've been patient with me as I moved up the not all that steep, in retrospect, learning curve.  As I look back, the few problems that I had were remedied easily and quickly when you told me in your timely emails, exactly where in my cart set up to make the corrections or changes, or where to find specific information.  Your responsiveness is laudable.  It's as if you are a one man 24/7 support staff.  I now have 2 separate sites, each with its own cart.  Both work flawlessly.

You can imagine how pleased I am at this since I recently spent 40 - 50
hours trying to implement and integrate a MIVA shopping cart with no luck.
Even my ISP and my merchant account processor couldn't get the MIVA product to work.
