Reprocessing Lost Transactions

Save time, effort, and mistakes with eCOMpal's exclusive transaction reprocessing.

All too frequently transactions don't complete for a variety of reasons. The customer lost the phone connection, the card was declined, the credit card processor wasn't available, and a thousand other things.

As we discussed about abandoned shopping carts we give you a couple of opportunities to get back to your customer to try to save the sale. Let's say, for example the credit card was declined. You have an opportunity to call the customer and see if you can get a different credit card. Or maybe the expiration date was entered incorrectly and you get the correct expiration.

When you're ready to do the order again we make it easy for you to open the order that failed and enter the corrected information and resubmit it for processing. This saves you the trouble of re-entering all the information, or your customer having to do it again, which saves you time, effort, and reduces the possibility of errors.

All the normal emails are sent after the order is completed successfully.
